Artist Statement:
HEart Exhibition
The HEart Exhibition represents a journey of prophetic art birthed through obedience to God's voice. Since 2019, I have entered a season where I paint only when commissioned by the Lord to release His message through canvas. The Lord impressed upon my heart, “Preachers preach a message; I want you to paint a message.”
In a world where visual media powerfully shapes thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, God desires to use creativity as a vessel to communicate His heart. Through art, He releases His healing, hope, restoration, and encouragement to humanity. Each painting is more than an artistic expression; it is a visual message carrying a spiritual significance intended to touch the mind, spirit, and soul.
The works presented in this exhibition may appear diverse in theme and subject matter, yet each carries a rhema word for a particular season. Every piece was created in response to God's leading through prayer, visions, dreams, and revelation. As such, these paintings are not merely creative works but acts of faith and obedience.
Many of the artworks carry a prophetic dimension, reflecting God's desire to speak into individuals, communities, cities, and even nations. Like the vision given to Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:11–12, they serve as reminders that God watches over His word to perform it. Whether revealing His love, calling for alignment, declaring hope, or releasing healing, each painting seeks to communicate a facet of His heart.
The title HEart reflects the meeting place between Heaven and Art—where divine inspiration encounters creative expression. My prayer is that as you engage with these works, you will encounter not only the art itself but also the heart of God behind it. May these paintings inspire faith, bring comfort, release hope, and draw you into a deeper awareness of His presence and purpose for this season.
