We Are One – Artist Statement

We Are One expresses the spiritual unity of Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia—three nations coming together within a single sphere under the sovereignty of God. Within this sphere, His glory and blessing flow down upon the nations, while at the bottom, the swirling of His blood cleanses the very foundations of these lands, bringing repentance, reconciliation, and restoration.

The artwork calls for all hearts to come together as one—setting aside differences in culture, ethnicity, and language—to move in unity and harmony toward the destiny God has prepared for these nations.

At the centre of the piece, the right hand of God represents His victory and authority, while His left hand symbolizes His covering, support, and provision. Together, these hands signify the Lord establishing and upholding the nations as they align with His purposes.

As the globe begins to spin, representing the three nations coming together in motion, resulting in the creation of a spiritual whirlwind, the revelation of His love goes forth, pushing back darkness and ushering in the manifestation of God’s angelic presence, filling the atmosphere with His righteousness. Within this whirlwind is a place of divine movement, where God’s power, glory, and purposes are revealed.
