River of Glory

This particular piece of work is deliberately separated into two adjourning canvases. It is to be reckoned as a window entrance to the fourth dimension. This is further reiterated in the subtle implications in the folds of the curtains as outlined by the vines at the bottom of the painting.

The river of glory is depicted as it is flowing from the painting towards us into our reality, linking the spiritual to the physical realm. The left canvas shows the part of the garden where one is allowed to be free to enter into the throne room whereas the right canvas shows the creative flexibility of our own preferred way to spend personal quiet time with the Creator entering into the midst of His creation. The leaves are also painted with gold, signifying the glory which shines brightest when in darkness. The gold leaves are being accentuated when the painting is seen under dim spotlight.
